Yes, deposits are required but are redeemable against your bill on the day of your booking. For Christmas parties there is a deposit of £10pp. For Christmas Day bookings we require full payment in advance.

The quickest and easiest way is to pay online via a secure link we send you, but if you prefer you can pay in cash at the pub. If you require an invoice to make payment, our pubs require confirmed, cleared funds at least 2 weeks in advance of your party.

Most of pubs will be happy to refund your deposit up to 28-30 days before the booking date. But always check the booking policy.

During the festive period our venues require all food to be pre-ordered for group bookings. Both the Christmas Feast and the Sharing Boards are only available if ordered in advance. These pre-orders are typically requested 7-10 days before the booking date.

To ensure perfect service we ask all guests to dine off the same menu.

Please make sure to list all allergens alongside the specific customers selected menu choice and re-inform the team on arrival to your party.

We definitely can. We have several drinks packages available, just ask and a team member will send over options and pricings.

Our pubs will always try to accommodate an increase in group sizes but please check with them first before confirming with your group. Please note there may be an additional cost/minimum spend for this and it is subject to availability of the space.
