Our Christmas booking terms & conditions

Thank you for choosing Young’s Pubs to celebrate this magical season. We’re delighted to be part of your festive plans and can’t wait to make your festive party unforgettable. To ensure a smooth and joyful experience, please take a moment to review our Christmas Booking Terms and Conditions.

Deposits

• Your Christmas booking will be confirmed once we receive your confirmation and a security deposit payment of £10 per person for party bookings. Please note that we may request additional pre-payment for substantial food and drink pre-orders.

• Your deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days before your booking date.

• If you would like to pay by BACS, payment must be completed at least 10 working days before the event.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments by cheque.

• Your deposit payment will be deducted from your final bill and, where applicable, will be applied towards your minimum spend requirement.

• For Christmas Day bookings, we require payment of the full menu price per person in advance.

• Your Christmas booking will be confirmed once we receive your confirmation and security deposit payment of £10pp for parties. Please note, that we may ask for additional pre-payment for substantial food and drink pre-orders.

Pre-orders

• We will send you an online ordering link 10 days in advance so that you can provide full menu choices and advise us of any special dietary requirements. For Christmas Day bookings, we require menu choices by 1 December.

• Amendments to guest menu choices may only be made up to 5 working days before your booking date, although earlier notification is preferred.

• If you require menus without calorie information, please request these from the pub team.

• To ensure your Christmas gathering runs smoothly, please confirm your final guest numbers 10 days before your booking date. Any reduction in guest numbers within 10 days of the booking may still be charged at the agreed menu price per person.

• Should the number of guests reduce significantly, the venue reserves the right to reallocate your party to a more appropriate area.

On the day

• A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to all parties of four or more guests, and to all parties on Christmas Day.

• Any additional spend on the day must be settled by cash or card at the venue.
