Sunday Roasts: A quintessential British tradition
Nursing a hangover, catching up with friends and family or refuelling after a stroll through the park, however you spend your Sunday one thing we can all agree on is nothing quite hits the spot like a Sunday in the pub.
For us Sunday is like a big old hearty hug, our roasts are sacred, (in fact, we’d go as far to say as they’re probably the best in the world) think piled-high plates of slow roasted succulent cuts of meat, larger-than-life Yorkies and plentiful gravy, bowl-you-over crumble, with oh-so-good custard, or sharing roasts matched with we-really-should-do-this-more-often pints by the fire. Sundays at Young’s are special.
