The bouquet displays rich and intense aromas of fresh orchard fruits, white peach, melon and pineapple with an elegant note of wild mountain rose. The palate shows the same fresh fruit flavours with a soft mousse, persistent bubbles and balanced acidity.
• Grapes are grown at the bottom of the Dolomite mountains. Produced by Tank Method, the same way as Prosecco.

The palest of pale pinks, this delicate rosé offers a core of pretty stone fruit with some herbal notes. The palate is dry but smooth-textured, with an appetising mineral finish.

It’s seriously plush, packed with dark berry fruit. Think plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries. Smooth, supple, with really fine tannins – it’s made to go with food. We can’t think of a better match than Moroccan lamb tagine.
• Syrah is the predominant variety and accounts for a 73% contribution to the blend. Grenache (11%) from bush-vines on Porseleinberg is the subtle superstar of the blend that offers a perfumy brightness and allows the wine to deliver gastronomic texture.

Deep red colour with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cassis and black pepper, with more fruit and a touch of spice on the palate. Elegant and smooth with a long finish.
• Located in Mendoza at 1,100 metres above sea level, Finca La Colonia is Norton’s main estate vineyard. 50% of the wine was aged for 12 months in first and second fill French oak barrels. Grapes from older vines are selected for Finca La Colonia Colección Malbec.
