You’ll find honesty bars in all our Boutique bedrooms. Jam-packed with a whole host of tried-and-tested tipples (selecting is fun, as you can imagine) to add a little ooh-la-la to your stay.
Everything in our honesty bar is good (really, really, good). And recently, we’ve introduced three fabulous finds: not one, but two MOTH: cocktails, and a pink fizz from our friend at The Uncommon.
Read on for a tantalising taster of these standout stars…
MOTH: are premixed cocktail kings and queens. And their Espresso Martini is a very lovely livener. It’s a marriage of vodka, cold brew coffee, and coffee liqueur. It’s sooth, bitter, and balanced – a rich, chocolatey winner of a tipple.
The perfect serve: give it little shake for a serious layer of froth and pour – et voila.
Bottoms up.
MOTH: has hit the spot with this Negroni. Its sunset-somewhere-sunny colour is beyond beautiful. And its bitterness meets sweet citrus is a total joy. It’s why it’s been THE Italian classic aperitivo of choice for over 100 years.
The perfect serve: you got it – a simple little shake and a delicate pour – et voila.
Cin cin.
The Uncommon makes wines from British-grown grapes. This one is their fine pink fizz hailing from Kent and Hampshire. And it’s hard-to-sip delicious. It’s light and bright and full of strawberries and dreams.
The perfect serve: decant into a champagne coupe – or sip straight from the can, its equally as joyous.
