2 Lamb Cutlets
3 Tablespoons of peas
1 Tablespoon broad beans
Drizzle Wild Garlic pesto
Prep the Wild Garlic pesto by blitzing the Wild Garlic, rapeseed oil, and toasted nuts in a blender.
Saute the peas and broad beans in a pan with a drizzle of oil and seasoning.
Pan roast the lamb to medium by searing it one minute on each side then finishing through the oven for a minute, allow to rest before serving.
