A gorgeous pub located right next to the river Thames in beautiful Walton-on-Thames. The Swan is a large pub - superb in the summer with its large garden, heated outside seating and spectacular views of the river. But equally as enjoyable in the winter with its real, open fires and comfortable cosy corners to hide away from the cold.
Dating from 1770 and named after the ancient ceremony of Swan Upping performed on the Thames each July. The songwriter Jerome Kern married the daughter of the licensee in 1910 and wrote some of his best known songs at the Swan.
