For one night only, our extremely talented chefs are preparing a truly unique seven-course sustainable menu inspired by the ocean, using British ingredients and produce that all of which is sustainable and ethical or an invasive species to our own ecosystems. From East Anglian signal crayfish and whipped cods roe, to fig leaf and plum ice cream sandwiches.

Each dish will be paired with a selection of perfectly crafted Plymouth gin cocktails, making it one incredibly special evening.
