Arguably the most famous pancake race in the Capital, Leaden Hall’s shrove Tuesday event will have you competing against challengers from all over the world in a bid to become 2020’s champion of crêpes.

If  your based South West London, then there’s no batter place than the Hand in Hand in Wimbledon Village, to put your flipping skills to the test.  The action starts at 2pm prompt with a short sprint across the common, challengers are required to provide their own pans.

The Coach and Horses Isleworth

Of course if you’ve found pancake day has crêped up on you this year and you’ve not had time to train for a race, then the Coach and Horses in Isleworth may be just the treat you’re looking for.

This year the team have been hard at work to cook up a pancake challenge with a difference, simply finish one of their giant pancakes and you’ll be rewarded with both the pancake and a drink on the house!
