The third Monday in Jan is often referred to as ‘Blue Monday.’ If you need company, or just a cuppa and some silence, join our Vikki in the Back Bar, where she’ll have some easy-breezy mindfulness activities lined up to bring a little peace, joy and community to your day. No need to book, simply walk-in.
