Beaujolais Nouveau 2025
Thursday 20th November

The first sip of the season at Young’s
Beaujolais Nouveau marks the end of the grape harvest in the rolling hills of the Beaujolais region. Unlike most wines, which take months or years to mature, this one is bottled and released almost immediately, officially on the third Thursday of November every year.
The result? A fresh, juicy, fruit-forward wine that’s all about celebrating the season, not taking itself too seriously. It’s the wine world’s yearly reminder that joy should be shared, glasses should be full, and great stories often start with the first pour.
Settle in with us on Thursday 20th November as we uncork the very first taste of the season at selected pubs. Whether you’ve long loved Beaujolais or you’re simply curious about this wonderfully mischievous little wine, come find a cosy corner, raise a glass, and savour that fresh-from-the-vine moment.

Beaujolais Nouveau at The Lamb Tavern
Thursday 20th November From 6pm
Join us at The Lamb Tavern for a night that feels straight out of a Parisian square, right here in the heart of Leadenhall Market. French bunting strung above, chatter rising with every pour, and that first glass of the new vintage in your hand before you’ve even taken off your coat.
Light, bright, and brimming with the joy of the season, this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau is one to savour. As the wandering duo Vive Paris fill the air with music from 6pm, settle in, sip slow, and raise a glass to the first taste of the harvest.
