A wonderful blend of a gastro-style pub and a friendly local. The Chelsea Ram gains high praise from all the major London restaurant guides, especially for the fact that it is comforting and relaxing, whilst maintaining consistently high standards.

The dishes on our daily changing menu certainly cannot be described as traditional,but they definitely do have their roots in our native cuisine ...... with choices like salmon and haddock fishcakes, sauteed spinach, pancetta and fresh tomato sauce...... roast pheasant breast, parisienne potatoes, sprouts, parsnips, chestnuts and thyme jus ...... or pork and leek sausages with herbed mash and onion gravy to tempt your palate.

While puddings like fig, walnut and brandy pudding with toffee ice cream; apple and berry crumble and double cream or pears poached in red wine with vanilla ice cream, will remind you just how tempting English food can be (but it doesn't pay to try to count the calories!).

A stone's throw from the King's Road, and the perfect place to refuel on a shopping spree, or relax with a pint at the end of the day.

This is a wonderful Youngs pub - great food, great service, and a very nice atmosphere.
Liam runs a very good ship and it is still the best pub in SW London.
The beer is in tip top condition and I am eager to return for my next pint.
