To celebrate the start of Spring which is our Head Chef David’s favourite season for incredible ingredients, we’re hosting a Supper Club inspired by the best of British Spring produce!
With a 4 course tasting menu designed by Head Chef David, each course is full of fresh, vibrant flavours from across the British Isles. The showstopper of the night however will be the New Season Welsh Salt Marsh Lamb. Served to share between two, with grilled asparagus, spring peas & bacon and dauphinoise potato, you won’t want to miss this incredible course!
Your ticket will also include one of our hand picked premium wines to wash down each course, alongside our Master of Wine Connal explaining each pairing and being available to answer all your wine questions. As always, we will be seated family style, which is what makes our Supper Clubs so special – it’s not only an evening of exciting dishes and premium wine but a chance to connect with other foodies.
