‘The Shakespeare players are gearing up for the opening night of their outdoor tour of A Midsummer Nights Dream in the gardens of a nearby manor house. After the final rehearsal, the cast have arrived to meet local supporters and patrons, however they are stopped in their tracks. Bottom has been found murdered in the grounds and they are the prime suspects. It seems tonight is less midsummer and more Macbeth!’
