Burrata, Asparagus & Peas on Sourdough

Ingredients

1 Thick slice sourdough bread

handful of fresh peas and broad beans

1 Spear asparagus

1/4 burrata

Drizzle rapeseed oil

Pinch seasoning

Directions

Toast the sourdough bread under the grill, garnish with a handful of cold but freshly blanched peas, shelled broad beans and chopped asparagus, finish with the torn burrata, a drizzle of rapeseed oil with a pinch of sea salt and cracked pepper.
