Here in the UK we’re blessed with a variety of feathered or furry high-end game, and the fleeting nature of the season means it’s our duty to make the most of it while it’s here! To celebrate the season here at the Red Barn we have paired some of the unique British game flavours with our favorite autumn wines to give you all foodies in the area something a bit different and more exciting to chew on.
