After a roaring success raising money for the Ocean Conservation Project this year, we’ve decided to continue our journey of becoming more sustainable by hosting a series of dinners in partnership with our friends at Plymouth Gin. Each of the dishes feature ingredients based on three key elements, invasive, underutilised and in abundance.
