There were nine of us dining. Service was fantastic and they found place for two extra guests at the last minute for us. One of our party was a vegan, and when we pre-ordered the Christmas menu - which was delicious - Trish suggested an awesome dessert for her. Overall, a wonderful festive experience.

We had a very nice Saturday lunch here. The dining room looked very pretty with festive decorations. The room was very busy (booking recommended) but we had a nice quiet table by the window under the Xmas tree! The service was very friendly and helpful throughout. The fresh side vegetables were excellent - my absolute highlight of the meal was the brussels tops with hazelnuts and pancetta!

The atmosphere of the Rose and Crown was homely and welcoming. The staff were extremely attentive and the food was absolutely fantastic. Best Christmas lunch I've had this season!
