I would like to comment on my stay at the Windmill. First off you should give a raise to "John from Portugal" [Front desk manager for the weekends]. John was very frienddly and went out of his way to make my stay very enjoyable. He always had a smile on his face. He offered advise on places to go and things to do in South London. He gave good advise on the best local dinning in the area.
The young man handled some small problems that happen with the house keeping staff mixups. He was very professional and made it responsibily to make sure that i had very thing that i need while I was a gest in your hotel.

I felt that I was staying with family. The inn had that easy going feel aboutit. I felt I was at home all the time. The decor was perfect. The weekend staff in the Dinning room were very accommodating. The tall young man with the pny tail ; always addressed each quest by their name. He made suggestions about the food. I di not get his name. But he treated evryone as if you were his family.

I plan to return to London and will book my stay with the "wind mill". You should be happy to know that your staff was wonderful.
