Emily - April birthday booking
28/04/2010
Hi Rach
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself, Stuart and all the staff for Saturday, the afternoon was a great success!
You have been so helpful right from my first e-mail and everything on Saturday was perfect. The venue was great, the food was very much enjoyed by everyone and the cake was amazing (please pass on our compliments to the chef)!
Stuart could not do enough to help and I was very impressed with the level of service. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so welcome, and Stuart was constantly checking how everything was and if we needed anything, which was great as we were so busy chatting to everyone it was great not to have to worry about anything else!
It was not just me that noticed, all of our friends and family have commented how attentive and helpful Stuart and the staff were and how great a find the venue was! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Paternoster for gatherings and I know everyone felt the same.
We also managed to keep it a complete suprise!
Very best wishes
Emily
