The Hand in Hand is situated on the edge of Wimbledon Common, offering a real feel of a village pub in the heart of London. Entering through a small court yard you are greeted by a low-ceilinged cottage pub with a friendly atmosphere. Dating back to 1835, it has continually offered a good honest selection of beer and food. Drawing on this tradition, we strive to provide our patrons the finest experience of a time-honoured public house.

Cosy in winter and the perfect spot in summer. Great pub food served in plentiful portions.

Also Poker every Monday. The really very hard quiz on Tuesdays, live acoustic blues and jazz on Thursdays

Andrew is one of the best pub managers we have ever met. He should be given an award for his enthusiasm and attentiveness to customers. Thank you Andrew, you will probably not remember us, but we had a great evening in your pub. Adam and Sarah.

A massive thank you to Andrew and the staff at the H in H for making our staff lunch in the family room so enjoyable. The food was excellent, the staff exemplary and the atmosphere exactly right. I would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back. A personal service and a friendly welcome....
