'Since leaving school, I have always worked in office based jobs, either as a PA or Office Manager. While I loved working with people, I started to realise I’d be happier embarking on a career instead of ‘just a job’. I got great training from Young’s and fantastic support throughout. I was given the chance to work in several types of Young’s houses which has helped broaden my experience and choose the type of pub I’d like to be assigned to permanently.
