'I was very skeptical initially about all of the positivity that I had heard about Young’s before I came to join the company. It almost seemed too good to be true after working for many years in a very corporate environment where the people were only very secondary to the business. After then experiencing it first hand, I can now say that that it is a fantastic company to work for that care very much about their employees and also their pubs. Unfortunately this is a rarity in this industry these days. Having a great, friendly, relationship with my superiors and head office team is very important to me and Young’s offers that.
